Calvin Hot Wok 始於一個小小的夢想，從一間住家的廚房開始。2004 年，我們僅憑著幾道家傳食谱、一把椅子，以及一份對地道馬來西亞中華美食的深厚熱情，踏上了這段旅程。

口碑快速傳開。左鄰右舍成了常客，常客變成了朋友。當越來越多食客發現我們的招牌菜時，我們明白—一不是單單要擴充，我們的心也要跟著成長。

一道一道菜，我們加入了新的食谱，始終傾聽顧客的聲音。不久，原本小小的家已經容納不了每晚前來追尋靈魂與溫情的客人。

2018 年，我們搬遷至巴生現址 — 一個更大的空間，更完善的廚房，但仍然堅持對品質的執著與對初心的不忘。今天，我們仍然用心照亮一天的火候與用心，烹飪每一道菜。

Calvin Hot Wok began as a simple dream in a small home kitchen. In 2004, we started with just a few homemade recipes, a handful of tables, and a deep passion for authentic Malaysian Chinese flavours.

Word spread quickly. Our neighbours became regulars, and regulars became friends. As more patrons discovered our signature dishes, we knew we had to grow – not just our menu, but our heart.

Dish by dish, we added new recipes, always listening to our customers. Soon, our humble home could no longer fit the growing family of diners who came every night for the wok hot and the warm company.

In 2018, we moved to our current location in Klang – a bigger space, a proper kitchen, and the same unwavering commitment to quality. Today, we still cook every dish with the same fire and care as day one.
